Perth Heat starting pitcher Conor Lourey coaches this five-week program, introducing you to the art of pitching. Conor is the Perth Heat 2018/19 Pitcher of the Year, formerly NCAA Division 1 player, pitched on the 2016 Australian under-23 national team and has played professionally in France.
Learn to:
- minimise the risk of injury
- throw efficiently and throw bring the heat
- develop an offspeed pitch
- control and “command” your pitches
- think critically to get batters out
- improve decision-making abilities
With only six (6) player’s per class, the program is designed to provide high-quality and personalised training.
Limited spots are available and the program is open for children aged from 11-14 years of age.

The cost of the five-week program is $204, and all players will receive a Perth Heat development tee-shirt and one free pass to a Perth Heat home game for the 2020/21 ABL season.
Each session will be 75 mins.
